Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise
AnsweredHow to solve this fact as seems we are not the only ones who have this problem. We deleted the account our employee created from his side but we are unable to add him in the company account. Urgent matter as he cannot connect into our system without having his own account. Thanks to advice.
On all posts read there is 1 that mention we can invite him but impossible to find how to invite him!
