    Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

    Are these deleted files your own or those you collaborated with? If it's the latter, kindly get in touch with the file owner to restore it.

    Meanwhile, for your own files you may restore them using your trash/bin. 

    To restore specific items in Trash:

    The steps below apply whether you’re selecting from search results or from all Trash items.

    1. Hover to highlight the row of the item you want. The More Options ellipsis () displays.
    2. Click the ellipsis (...).  Then: 
    • To return the item to its original location in Box, click Restore.
    1. At the prompt, click Okay.

    Hello, as I read in your posts, I am not the only one who has lost files... in my personal case, I see that your service is so bad, that more than 3 GB were lost, you lost them, I did not delete them .
    Until a few days ago the space used appeared, I entered my first query and it was almost 3.4 GB, now I have just over one MB, that is, apparently they had a problem and they couldn't find anything smarter than deleting my things.
