Also, there is a message on my support.box.com profile that you have sent a verification email to a VERY, VERY old email address that you should not even keep according to privacy laws. Please clear this verification message.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.
