    Hi, i have upgraded and paid for a yearly plan, my storage limit still shows 1tb? can you change this to unlimited as its the plan i have paid for. I am unable to upload anything until this changes.

    With all due respect for my previous message, so it seems i am now getting emails about payment but nothing regarding my support [typical] so before I update my payment status my account storage needs to be fixed and made unlimited storage. I am on the "Business" yearly plan It is currently stuck at 1tb and I have had zero response from any support. When I upgraded from the trial to business just 2 days ago my unlimited storage never got upgraded so you can't expect me to pay nearly £400 without the issue being fixed, another problem is my file numbers is also incorrectly reported to. So please fix the issues so I can pay and be happy with my new plan.

    I am confused by the same situation.
    Do you mean that when collaborating with team members, the storage limit is not unlimited and instead, it is set to 1TB?
    My plan is Business Plus.
