Storage problem
AnsweredWe have a problem with the storage used value in our account. It is not correct at all and, even when we clear space, the value doesn't change. It is an urgent situation because we use this account in our office. Can you help us solve this problem?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
