Upload multiple folders / Business Basic

I'm considering upgrading a a paid $15 a month business account and want to know if that will allow me to upload multiple folders at a time? Right now, it seems to be only one at a time when I click, Upload folder...no command or control option allows multiple selections. And when I try dragging folders from my desktop uploads fail even though I have a super fast M3 Mac and internet speed.

  Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

  You can select multiple files for upload by holding the Command or Control key (Mac or Windows, respectively) while selecting files. However, you can only select one folder at a time for upload.

  Meanwhile, you can drag files from your desktop to the All Files page in Box. Your files will be uploaded and will appear in the folder where you dropped them.

  Note:

  • Dragging and dropping entire folders is supported only in Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. For other browsers, use the File Browser or Box Drive.
