User doesn't appear in enterprise account
CompletedWe have a user that we tried to add but we received an error message that her email was already taken. I then tried again in the old classic view and was able to send an email to make that external account into a managed accounts. User was able to accept invite and log in but the user still does not appear in our enterprise account. Can I receive assistance in locating this user?
