I keep getting charged after attempting to CANCEL!!!
AnsweredAnd when I try to find a way to open a support ticket... it sends me in a time-gobbling circuitous route that leads to nothing. Anyone else had success getting refunds for products they NEVER signed up for and TRIED TO CANCEL via email??? And is there someone within BOX that is a human not an AI bot - who can help me with canceling and refunding me. I will be reporting to BBB and posting very negative reviews about this nightmare customer service loop of no human support!!!
