    okay your company is out of control there's at least a hundred people with the same problem here And every single support says we'll reach out to you what the hell is the point of this?  these rooms are supposed to answer the questions not tell people I'll get back to you That's what an email chat support is for.  geez if this is how you run your company I hope somebody shorts your stock

    I was having the same issue. What worked for me is going through the reset password flow.

    So on the sign in page click reset password and follow those steps and it'll add your password.
