2FA not working
AnsweredI have read through the help sections as 2FA is not showing within security tab of enterprise section. One of the help prompts said if we cannot see 2FA available it would be because SSO was configured in the user settings, but this is not the case.
Am i doing something wrong as I cannot find it anywhere within my Admin console?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!
Your current Box subscription limits you from accessing the Security tab in Enterprise Settings, where you setup Require two-step Verification for all managed users.
Note that implementing 2FA for all managed users is only available for Enteprise subscribers and above. Meanwhile, each users can still enable 2FA in their respective Box accounts.
