Box ownership transfer question

Hello,

We are planning to transfer BOX folder ownership from one account to another. Looking for few clarifications.

• What happens to existing file request links? Do they continue to work and new links needed to be generated?
• What happens to existing collaborators, they continue to have same roles? 

Appreciate any help.
