Storage Usage In My Account Is Incorrect
AnsweredStorage Usage in my account Is incorrect.
The storage usage is stating 33.7 GB of 50.0 GB used, but the box drive is empty.
Can you assisst to resolve this error.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
