Out of Storage When I'm Not
AnsweredI am a user under the umbrella of my companies account. The account should have max amount of storage, I personally see 0 B of 10.0 GB used, & I receive an error of "Oops" & "Running out of storage?". Files being uploaded are 800 kb PDFs.
No one else is having this issue in my company.

Most likely you're uploading to a Shared folder owned by another user. I highly recommend that you reach out to the folder owner and advised that you're getting the "Account storage has been reached" error. To get more space, they can either delete files or contact their Box Administrator to request to modify their storage space.
