Upgraded to Box Enterprise and all my files are gone!
AnsweredBecause I hit the silly 100GB limit on my Personal Pro account and was forced to upgrade to get more storage, I moved to the Business for $20/mo. The catch: you have to have 3 users!
Beyond the idiocy of this, I migrated b/c I need the space and now my files are missing. It's asking me to upload my first file!
To make matters worse there is no Contact Support email or direct person to speak to. Only an option to post to a public forum. This is an insanely bad customer experience.

Note that your folders may be inaccessible during your account upgrade.
Due to this transition you won't be able to access your Box contents and may last up to 24 hours. However, if takes beyond the said time frame please contact support.
