Restrict Co-Admin folder access by User?

Hi - is it possible to give co-admins the power to access some users' content but deny them access to other users' content?  We want to set up a folder where the main Administrator can keep files private from the co-admins, but allow the co-admins access to View and Edit other user files - can this be done?

  At present, there is no feature that allows Co-Admins to modify settings for selected managed users. To understand your Administrator and Co-Administrator permissions please visit this helpful article.
