two accounts and can not log in
AnsweredHi. I had a student PennBox account with an email address that has since been discontinued. I also have a PennBox account for my current job. For some reason I can not log out of my student account to log into my professional account. I log off and close the window but when I try to log in with my professional email address the log in step is skipped and I'm automatically signed in again under my student account. I've tried numerous times without success. So then I decided to try and link the two account by adding my professional address. This will not work. I get an error message, likely because an account under that name already occurs. I've searched for about an hour to find a solution or someone to contact but I'm wasting so much time. I swear technology seems to make more and more things harder most of the time. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
