Storage shows 32 GB full, but is not

According to the display, I have already used 32 GB. A maximum of 4 GB should be used. How can that be? Can you correct this?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
