External collaborator can not reset their MFA
AnsweredOne of my external collaborators is getting this msg and can not get into our shared folder. I don't see an option on the admin console to address this.

We encouage the affected user to contact our Community forum or create a ticket in order for Product Support to address the user's MFA issue.
