How to share a Box folder with ALL Managed Users
CompletedWe want to create a top level folder that is automatically accessible to all managed users and will automatically be available to any new managed users that are added in future. We know this is possible because we have many such folders already but nobody can remember how they were set up. I can't find any specific articles or community forum posts about this except one from 3 years ago that did not have a solution. I have checked the settings for existing folders that all managed users can access, but nothing
Please help - we have a folder with corporate information that was moved to the top level of Box and now can only be viewed by the person who move it there - it has disappeared for everyone else!
