Tried to upload our 2023 records and was denied access

    Hi Doug, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    What is the error when you try to access the folder and upload? Have you already tried clearing your browsing history or used a different browser? My suggestion is to contact Lori or Shane and ask them to remove you as collaborator, and then re-invite. Hopefully that will resolves the access issue.
