The used capacity information is incorrect

Since I can't find a support email address, I can only submit a request here.
Please help me check the used capacity and remaining capacity for my BOX account. My total capacity is definitely not 40GB/50GB but it is showing that 64GB has been used. I also carefully checked the capacity of each folder. Because of this problem, I am currently unable to upload any more files to BOX.

Welcome to the Box Community!
I have run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
