Hello, I would like to know if the folders in which I collaborate, are not created by me, they take up space in my Box, they are the gray folders that appear. Thank you.

  Hi there,

  Welcome to the Box Community!

  Please note, Storage is always taken from the folder "owner" even if that user isn't the one uploading the content. Shared folders enforce the file size limit that applies to the Folder Owner's plan, regardless of whether any of the collaborators within the folder have a higher or lower.
