Incorrect size of data used

In my box account, the size in GB of the data used is incorrect and exceeds the limit of my storage possibilities. Is it possible to correct this situation, which prevents me from uploading new files to my box space?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
