Cancellation of access for two

 I mistakenly upgraded my account for three at $180.00  I only need I charge.   I need to have the other charges reversed.   I completed this order earlier today.  What do  I need to do to have this corrected?

  owner of the box account has left the company. I need to cancel the Box account. How do I do so?
