    It shows that you currently own the "Wedding Videos" folder. Are you having trouble accessing contents in this folder? If so, tt would be a lot helpful if you could add more details regarding your issue in this folder.

    We hired a company to film our wedding, they shared the link to those via Box. We clicked the link, which brought us to Box. Then I made an account and bought the subscription with Box, so we could have access to the videos, forever. We saved the videos to the “wedding videos” folder.

    Now, we are having trouble accessing the contents (videos) inside the folder, it says that’s it’s been removed. Can you please help us find/access our wedding videos?
