Account storage limit reached
AnsweredI have a Box Business plan and the files that I am trying to upload are within the file size however, I keep receiving the message that the 'Some Uploads Failed' with a more direct message stating that 'Account storage limit reached', and am not able to upload anything further. My team cannot upload anything either. Any ideas on how to fix this or even what this means?

Seems that you've already maximized your storage limit. You may contact your Box Administrator to increase your storage limit. If it's not an option, you may consider deleting unnecessary files from your account.
