Unable to sign into business account

I am trying to sign into my business account but I'm getting an error message "Going forward, Box will require that your Google account address matches your Box account address". I hit the "Show Me How" button and it just dumps me to the main support page. I search for that error and get nothing. I had to create this account just to make a post.

    Can I please get some support here? No options to open an actual ticket, please advise.

    Can you share in this forum the action that you did that resulted this error? It would also be helpful if you could attach a screenshot of your error for more context.
