Help With 2 Factor Authentication on USAFx

I cannot log in because of some problem preventing me from getting codes sent to my 2 factor authentication number. I'm not going to be able  to change that.

Why is it SO HARD to get any help here?

  You "Completed" this by totally ignoring me. 

  Too bad I can't just use some other service.
