    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Please check the following with the folder owner/user sending the invitation. 

    • Confirm which email the invitation is being sent to.
    • Check which email address your Box account is associated to. To do so, go to your Box account, click on your name on the top right hand side, then navigate to "Account Settings."
    • Make sure the email address the invitation was sent to matches the email in your account settings.
    • If they do not match, have the invitation sent to the email associated with the Box account.

    Thank you for your response.
    It is true that the email address I was invited to and the email address I am using now are the same.

    Is it possible that two were created with the same e-mail address? Or, can I delete my account once and re-register?

    I would like to use the same email address when I re-register, since I use my company email address.
