    Hello, Andrew Haun

I can see your query, I will do my best to solve your query please see below and follow the information...

As per you provided by link, this https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/26159190104083-/DogNeedsBest/box-drive-not-syncing-to-1-out-of-3-computers follow step-by-step info...

    * Refresh the sync process by clicking on the upload/download icon on the Box app or by clicking on the Refresh folder in Mac Finder.
    * Check the error file by clicking on the Error Syncing File option on the Box app and see if any problem files need to be fixed.
    * Quit and restart the Box app by clicking on the Quit OneDrive option on the Box app and then reopening it from the Launchpad.
    * Set the correct date and time on your Macbook by going to Settings and selecting Set Date and Time Automatically.
    * Turn off the firewall on your Macbook by going to the Security & Privacy settings and clicking on the Firewall tab.

These are some tips that might help you fix the Box Drive not syncing issue on your Macbook. I hope this helps. 😊

I am having the same problem, syncs on my MacBook Air and my windows PC at work but not on my iMac at home. used to work fine but had the imac unplugged for a month while I moved and now it won't sync. Deleted and re-installed box drive multiple times to no avail.

Hi, It is working for me now. What I did was, I not only uninstalled the software, but also deleted the /Users/../Library/CloudStorage/Box-Box/ directory, which - for me, at least - was not removed even after uninstalling. Removed this stuff, restarted, then reinstalled, and now it works normally again.
