Forgotten password but can't access old email

Hi I used to have an account with box using email I've forgotten the password with that email so obviously can't reset it so I've signed up using new email Can I get my old account back with the new email is there a way to do it please Thanks in advance Umar

    Hi I've tried with the above link but they said to ask you so please how hard is it to look into it instead of passing me around
