cannot [Link Personal Email] to ANY (new) email-addr
AnsweredSomeone shared a folder to (my) email1.
I made an account using email2, + linked that acct to email1.
I could see the shared folder + can still see that shared folder.
BUT ... then I removed linked email1 from my account, and now I can't (re)-link to email1 again ... and actually now I cannot link to ANY OTHER EMAIL addr. (including "i just made that up" email, which can't possibly already be associated with another box account)
Top-shelf (useless, opaque) err msg: "There was an error while trying to add anything@wherever.info to your account."

... I tried two different web browsers; no saved cookies; fix your app
I see many "cannot link to email" support forum messages, and that free accounts are generously granted no way to directly open support tickets, so here's another "link-email (still) fails" msg.

By any chance, did you sign up with Box using your email(1)? If yes, you can no longer link an email that's already registered with Box.
If not, is there an error message you could share in this forum?

email3 was certainly not registered, but I could not link to that either.The entire second paragraph described the error message;
the popup-err-msg + HTTP-response (400) with JSON-looking textJust tried to link email1 again ... my email2 Box-acct is now/still in a broken state.
The same way as before: cannot link to any email address; only failure.
BONUS-INFO: recover-password for email1 does NOT send any recover-email.
MORE-BONUS-INFO: no, not even in the junk-spam folder.
