AnsweredI signed up for a two week trial, and quickly realized that your service was not something I needed. I reached out to customer support and was told to send an email with the subject line "Cancel". I did that, but continued receiving marketing information that made me realize my account had not been cancelled. SO...I reached out to someone on your sales team and was told to send an email with the subject line "Cancel". Today I received notification that my credit card had been charged $575.64. I called customer support and after 30 minutes on hold gave up.
I canceled your service (twice) during the trial period. That you proceeded to charge me is aggravating. That you have no one answering customer support calls confirms that BOX was not the right choice.
I need for you to reverse charges within 24 hours and send me an email notifying me that a credit has been issued. My next option will be to begin a charge-back procedure through my credit card company.
Oh...your "on hold" music is the most irritating tune I have ever heard. It's worse that Disney's "It's a Small World".
