    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Seems that you have almost reached your storage limit. And yes, each users in your Box instance are eligible to get an unlimited storage however, Box Administrators can modify your storage allocation to a certain amount. 

    At this rate, you may contact your Box Administrator to increase your Box storage.

    Hi Team,

    Thank you for the reply. 

    Upon checking the settings under managed users storage is ticked as 'unlimited'.

     

    Still getting the error.
