    Can we confirm if you're also experiencing this error through box.com

    Also, what is the current version of your Box desktop application and your Operating System?

    Everything works fine if I'm on box.com, it's only the desktop app that is not working.  And I'm using Version 2.38.165 on Box desktop applictaion.  My OS is Mac - Sonoma 14.3.
