file upload error
Answered『1.1 MB/10.0 GB in use』but we cannot upload any files. Any ideas or web links pls.

It appears that you only have a shared folder present in your Box account. In this case, you should get in touch with the folder owner and ensure that the user has free space to upload new contents in his/her folder.
