Reactivate deactivated accounts

I'm the admin of our joined box account, and I'm unable to login my account because I get the error message 'accounts are deactivated' , so I'm writing this message from my personal account.
(and I’m sorry if I bother you thanks to my incorrect English because I'm Japanese and I'm not the best in English.)
We got a message from BOX, and it says
"~~~As a result, to prevent abuse and ensure the integrity of the Box Service for all our users, we have implemented preventative measures to disable uploads and sharing (including shared link URLs) from this account effective immediately, and will be deactivating the account."
We're so sorry if our usage of BOX is wrong. But we need a help because our important data is still in BOX, and we will stop using BOX if we can have our data back.
Could you please reactivate our aacount again ,and give us time for preparing for being deactivated?
