I cannnot see shared files
AnsweredI have a free account with the email address aaaa@bbbbbb. My email address has changed and is now cccc@ddddd.
When another person invites me to the box with the ccccc@ddddd email address, I cannot see the file and I am logged in with the aaaa@bbbbb account. Is there any way to improve this?

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
If you haven't already, please make sure to change your primary email address on Box.
To change your email address:
- Login to box.com and navigate to your Account Settings.
- Scroll down to Login and Email Addresses.
- Click Add More Emails.
- Enter a valid email address.
- Click Save.
An email verification will be sent to the address you entered. Click the verification link in the email to confirm and add the alternate email to you account.
To make a secondary email address your primary email address:
- Click Make Primary next to the email address you want as your primary email address.
Once you have successfully changed your email address. Please request for another collaboration invite.
