Box Drive not synching
AnsweredI have years of experience with Box Drive, using it more than anyone at my university (San Francisco State University) I think, so I think I know what to do. I depend on my home laptop and work laptop (both running Windows 10 Enterprise, with 16 GB RAM, ~1 TB of storage, currently 700 GB free on this computer) being able to work on the same files. I'm very careful to make sure things are synching, but it's not been working reliably the last couple of weeks. There used to be an interface that helped identify problem files that may be hanging up, but I don't see that anymore. Currently there are no Transfers showing in the popup, but there are files that are not being updated to the cloud. I've tried tricks like copying files to the desktop, then logging out of Box and back in, copying back in the files.
