No blue check mark on the icons - MAC
AnsweredGood morning, in BOX Sync I have a trouble with the blue check Mark on my IMAC (OS Ventura). On my laptop (MacBook Air 13" - Sonoma) I can see the blue check marks on the icons, so if I click the mouse right button I can copy link, email link etc directly from the folders. Working on my I-Mac, instead, there are no checks on the folders, and I could not find any setting to enable the feature. On both of my computers I have installed the same Box Sync version, 4.0.8088, so I can't understand why it's different. Maybe it's because of the Operating System?

We strongly recommend switching to Box Drive.
We firmly suggest for this change in your environment as Box Drive is the current Box desktop experience, does not require manual syncing (though this is available through the mark for offline option), and the issue you're experiencing is likely to be resolved straight away after installation. By installing Box Drive from this link Box Sync will be automatically uninstalled, and any files that had not synced up to Box will be preserved in your old Box Sync folder.
