Incorrect Storage Usage Shown

I was hoping you could help with an issue with incorrect storage usage. on my computer it is showing less than 2Gb used, but on BOX.com it is showing no space available, thank you.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
