Incorrect Storage Amount
AnsweredMy account says 6.6GB of my 50GB is used, but I can't see any files after logging in. How to gain back access to them?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
