Space allocation incorrect
AnsweredHello,
My space allocation is declaring full, but this doesn't appear to be the case. Content comprises well under the max for my account. I understand there is a script that can be run to fix or account for this. Can this be run for me?

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
