ライセンスの復旧
Answered現在スタータープランを使用しているが、現ユーザーをメンバーから共同管理者に変更しようとしたが出来ず、管理対象ユーザーから削除した。しかし3ライセンス中3ライセンスを使用したままとなり、現ユーザーを再度復旧しようとしたが、ライセンスの追加に誘導されてしまう。復旧するにはどうしたら良いでしょうか。

Hi Rona,
There are two things that we are in trouble. One is regarding a license, the other one is how to switch of the role from "member" to "share administrator".
Issue 1 (License issue)
-We have attached the screen shot, so please see that. If this issue 1 is not solved, we guess issue 2 is also not solved.
Issue 2 (Regarding switching of the user role)
-We tried a user to switch the role from "member" to "share administrator", but it was failed, so we deleted the user on Box Enterprise once.Then we tried to add the user again to choose the role "share administrator", but we could not do that and isse 1 is showed.
Please create a ticket or let us know how to solve these issues.
