Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise
CompletedI cannot add multiple users because it says "Email already used in a Box account but not associated with an enterprise" but does not send an invite to their email to become associated with our enterprise. Please advise

Having the same issue myself where the user had a personal box account that was deactivated and their info is added into the enterprise account for user addition but it says that the account is already in use but not associated to an enterprise; but also does not send them an invite to join either?
