    Hi Rona, I have the same issue and posted in this Support Forum over 3 months ago and never received a response. I just now saw a similar report from a user about 16 days ago with no response.

    BTW, it's nice to hear that you created a ticket for someone, but unfortunately, this information is of no use to other users of the forum that might have a similar problem. With all due respect, I don't see how you can consider a post "Completed" if no solution is provided.
