"Out of storage," when I am not
AnsweredMy profile says I am only using 40MB at this moment out of 10GB of Storage, but when uploading, Box tells me I am "out of storage."

Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
It shows that you only have a shared folder where you can upload files into. At this rate, kindly contact the folder owner and make sure he/she have enough space to store more contents. Note that a folder's storage allocation will vary according to its owner's storage space.
