  • Folders stored in Box keep disappearing automatically. There's no history left in the trash either. Why is that?

    Hi there,

    we have same problem.

    Some of our data stored in Box disappeared.

    We found those data located in trash box of Manager account.

    Finally, we could recover those data, but folder hierarchy was broken.

    Our system engineer said our system server had some problems probably.

    Would you help us when you solve these problems.

    I am having a similar problem.
    I have confirmed that no owned files have been deleted from the owner's trash.
    Are there any other possible solutions in this case?
    Could it be related to the fact that I changed the owner the night before the problem occurred?
    It is not that everything in the same owner folder has disappeared, but only some folders.
