外部コラボレーターとしてのログインができない

社外から外部コラボレーターとして招待メールを受けて、

ログインを試みたが、「ログイン資格情報が無効です」と表示されて、

ログインすることができない状態。

どうしたらログインできますか？

    こんにちは

    私も招待した相手から突然強制ログアウトされそれ以降「ログイン資格情報が無効です」となり

    パスワード変更をリクエストしたが返信のメールもこないと言われています。

    その後この問題は解決しましたか？

    I received an invitation email from outside my company to be an external collaborator,
    but when I tried to log in, I got the message "Login credentials are invalid" and couldn't log in.
    I tried deleting my account and reactivating it, but I couldn't.
    How can I reactivate it?


    こんにちは。
    社外コラボレータとして招待した相手が「ログイン資格情報が無効」と表示されてしまいました。
    今回の招待に伴い新規作成したアカウントです。
    一度アカウント削除をして再アクティブ化を試みたのですが、できませんでした。
    どうすれば再有効化できるか教えていただけないでしょうか。
