My Box account shows nearly full status but it is not correct
AnsweredMy Box shows 49.9Gb of used space (nearly full) but in fact it has no more than 2gb of (data) files inside. Is this your way to persuade members to upgrade subscription plan to paid membership accont? How can I compact my Box data space to show correct value I can use? This kind of company policy is a deal breaker for me!

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.
